Enclosed Front Left Side Porch - Home Office

The left Side porch was enclosed by the School District during their years here. It was restored for use as a home office. The flooring used was clear pine vs. heart pine, since that is what would have originally been on the open side porch floor.

Enclosed Front Right Side Porch - Library - Sitting Room

The right Side porch was enclosed by the School District during their years here. It was restored for use as a home library and sitting room. The flooring used was clear pine vs. heart pine, since that is what would have originally been on the open side porch floor. The book case opening is in the cavity of an original exterior window, from when the porch was open.

Enclosed Front Right Side Porch - Library - Sitting Room

Doorway to the left was originally a window when the porch was open. The inside trim was remade to match the other door casing inside and the outside trim was made similar to the original right front porch door. The new door had a non functioning transom window installed and during restoration, the transom window was made operational with hinges and operator hardware.
